RIP IT

30.4.14

Got my gorgeous ASOS delivery containing one of my favourite  spring/summer trends, ripped jeans.

I have been searching for ages for a nice and reasonably priced pair of ripped jeans and as it always does ASOS is where I ended up.

I was so pleased with the fit of them also, as usually will ASOS' own products they come up small, but these fit accurately which obviously made me love them even more.

I love the white pair's (£32.00) subtle knee rip in contrast with the extremely distressed black pair (£22.99) that I plan to pair with my oversized white Zara shirt

So ladies, and students ASOS currently have 25% OFF for students so grab your must have ripped/distressed jeans now and I'd totally recommend their ASOS VIP £9.99 for 1 year next day delivery which is great for treating it like a fitting room and their free returns service makes shopping with them so easy.

CÉLINE ME H&M

Everyone's after the Céline/YSL trainer flats for that casual spring look.

We'll seek no further!

H&M have brought out their copies of the must have flats in many styles from black to snake print, and I snapped mine up for the bargain price of £24.99, a fraction on the Céline originals.

If you've not such a bargain hunter, and have a larger budget to spend on the spring must have footwear then ALDO have some beautiful Céline copies for £60.00 in various colours and styles.

So I hope that's stopped your frantic search for some must have flats, and also helped shrink your budget.

CHURCH DILEMMA

29.4.14

I attended a christening yesterday experiencing the 'what on earth do you wear to a child's church service' dilemma.

First deciding and finalising on a black shift dress, at last minute as every girl does a new purchase swayed my choice towards a peg trouser and knitted crop number.
With H&M's high waited black straight let peg trousers (£24.99) swaying my decision doubles with a past season H&M knitted crop topZara studded ankle strap courts and Vera Moda pashmina (£10.00) I finally found the balance of formally appropriate.

Adding my favourite accessories of my Vivienne Westwood handbag (£265.00), Marc by Marc Jacobs watch (£200.00) and Kate Spade iPhone 5S case (£24.99).

CLEATED HEAVEN

The spring trend must have is definitely the cleated platform.
Making the fashion conscious over tall and clumpy, yet they're just so unbelievably gorgeous.
With the Jeffery Campbell and Vagabond cleated platform taking storm the amazing copies from the likes of New Look, Boohoo and La Moda but don't forget eBay

I picked up my cleated platforms from eBay for £49.99 with free postage, a small fraction of the price of the must have Jeffery Campbell and Vagabond cleated platforms.

They're comfortable, perfect fitting and just so pretty, and the most perfect addition to my completely over sized shoe collection.

BABY FEET BARGAINS

Everyone's after Nike Roshe's at the moment, and if you're luckily inadequate of normal human sized feet (5 and under) don't think you have to fork out full price for those must have new trainers.

I recently purchased my size 5 Nike Roshe Run's from JD's junior section for only £40 instead of the adult selling price of £70.

Why pay over the odds when you can source the exact same trainer, in your size from the junior section for a fraction of the price?

CÉLINE ME ALONE

I recently purchase the most gorgeous pair of courts, a girls ultimate dream.

A pair of Céline's

Possibly my favourite purchase of 2014 along side my Vivenne Westwood handbag.

The Céline's I purchased from a label agency in my local market town where new and second hand designer wear is sold for extremely reasonable and competitive prices, where I managed to picked these RRP £550 Céline's up for the bargain price of £90

So ladies, don't totally rely on the internet bargain sites for the possibly authentic designer items.

Try your local town for your nearest label agency and see if you're lucky enough to have one close too, and find all the most amazing designer items from Alexander McQueen,  Chanel, Céline to Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo.

J'ADORE PARIS

I recently took a trip to Paris earlier this month and obviously taking a trip to one of the worlds fashion capitals I wanted that F A B wardrobe, but also fashion forward, but comfortable outfit to travel in.

I decided my new H&M beige trench coat (£24.99) was a must, accompanied with my Abercrombie and Fitch ankle gazer skinny jeans, Vera Moda pashmina, Oscar De La Renta sunglasses (TK Maxx £12.99), ALDO over the knee leather boots and Michael Kors handbag.
But my absolute favourite outfit accessory is to have amazing nails, and for my trip to Paris chose my £1, YES £1 Pack of 24 Primark diagonal monochrome self adhesive nails. I know you're thinking 'you get what you pay for' but in this circumstance you're wrong. From someone who used to pay silly amounts weekly getting her nails done, I can't pleasantly surprise you that these actually last longer than the £22 gels I used to get applied on a 7-14 day basis.

The best is the huge range of different designs and styles Primark have to offer with their £1 nails sets, from French manicures, to cute kittens, those must have spring stripes and even amazing pop art design and easy to apply in seconds.

Every girl wants those gorgeous spring/summer nails to add that added extra to your outfit, and sourcing them on the high street on a budget from the likes of Primark and Poundland is an absolute no brainer.

So I hope I've not just ruined the trade of your local nail and beauty bars but just helped our beauty budget out slightly on sourcing simple to apply, quick and pretty nails.

(The only recommendation I have is, buy your own brush on nails glue from Boots or Superdrug for around £2-£3 that's lasts months, only the glue supplied with the nails is lethal, and can ruin clothes instantly if spilt, and isn't very accurate to apply.)

FINALLY

Finally got round to doing this after months of meaning to.
After requests I get to it from my Instagram followers, I've finally had the time to do so.

I have many interests to do with my hobbies and my job so I hope I don't bore you all with my endless posts regarding fashion, beauty, lifestyle, interior design and photography.

As a self confessed bargain hunter, I just hope people find my blog useful to sourcing that bargain outfit, or those must have, on trend cheaper alternative nails. I want my blog to inform people of the best and cheapest way to get that desired outfit, perfect interiors accessory, or favourite beauty product.

As well as using my blog to post my shoot inspirations and recent collaborations for my photography work from fashion and beauty to interiors and furnishings.

So here goes, brace yourselves!
