As it's the final bank holiday of 2016 before Christmas on 29th August it's definitely one to make the most of.
Ideal World are celebrating the bank holiday with FREE delivery of all orders over the bank holiday weekend and competition and prizes on their Twitter too, all something not to miss for sure! Ideal World sent me a bag of bank holiday goodies and challenged me to create the perfect way to spend my bank holiday to share on my blog, which I'm going to do with an afternoon Garden Party!
With the English weather on our side at the moment I decided to pop into my garden, grab some of my favourite drinks and snacks with incredibly yummy bits and bobs from Cottage Delight; including their Bloody Mary and Pineapple & Jalapeño Salsas, Olive Oil Dipping Crackers, Salted Caramel Shortbreads and Lemon and Poppy Seed Loaf.

Garden Party's can be as simple or as fancy as you like. But nothing is easier than grabbing some floral paper chains to hang up around your garden, selecting a few board or card games to play around with, get some funky lighting so you can celebrate into the evening, and completing it all with a few photo-booth props for those Instagram perfect selfies, hashtagging #bankholiday and #wishyouwerehere!
