#CLEAN9 DAY 1

Yesterday I start my 9 Day #Clean9 Health & Weight Loss Program.

HOW DID I PREPARE FOR #CLEAN9?

I decided to do Clean 9 around 3 Weeks ago.

From then to now I decided to start eating healthier lower calorie meals so that the jump into Clean 9 wasn't as huge an daunting.

This really helped the plunge into Day 1 & 2 - the most difficult day of #Clean9 - much, much easier with the 'food withdrawal' much easier.

As I wasn't eating as much as normal in the last 3 Weeks up to starting Clean 9 the lack of food in the 1st Day was (surprisingly) easy!

To prepare for #Clean9 I also prepared 3 Weeks in advance to get my head around the fact of the 9 Day Detox.

I found it easier on Day 1 to have a lot of work to do as well.

I find being busy at my computer all day so time consuming that I forget about eating for hours and hours. If you're like me and good at taking your mind of things by being busy, make Day 1 & 2 of #Clean9 easier by having things planned to keep you busy.

- DAY 1 -

9:00am

Feeling Excited to start #Clean9 and can't wait to begin.

Time to Measure my Chest, Biceps, Waist, Hips, Thighs and Calves and document in my Clean 9 Daily Planner for Day 1!

9:30am

BREAKFAST

X2 Forever Garcinia Softgels

X2 60ml Shots of Forever Aloe Vera Gel

X1 Forever Therm Tablet

500ml of Water

The Aloe Gel is hard to take at first as it's got a strange taste, and strange constancy.

However it's essential to take in your #Clean9 Program.

I wasn't sure of the taste at first, so now I take both of my shots with my nose pinched so I can't taste it with my tablets followed by water to remove the taste.

WORKOUT

Brisk Indoor Walk Workout.

Distance: 2 Miles.

Calories Burnt: 147

Resting Calories Burnt: 40

SHAKE

X1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra in Vanilla

300ml Water

X3 Strawberries

X4 Raspberries

From 'Free Foods' List

Blended together in my Blend Active Blender, poured into my Forever Shake Bottle.

Shake well and drink.

6:00pm

500ml of Water

Only just starting to get peckish on #Clean9 so I've opted for a 'Free Foods' Vegetable Dinner.

DINNER

Note:

You can't just eat anything on Day 1 & 2 of #Clean9.

You need to consult your Free Foods list in your #Clean9 Booklet

Small amounts of Cauliflower, Spinach & Broccoli Steamed for 15 Minutes on the Hob in a Small amount of Water until soft.

Optional:

Blend Rocket & Basil in Blender for a sauce over the vegetables.

DESSERT

Handful of Strawberries
