MY #CLEAN9 DIARY
DAY 3 -


Not sure if it's psychological or not but I'm feeling lighter and healthier today!
Can't wait to do my measurements! 

9.00am
Up for Work today.
Feeling tired for the first time on #Clean9.
However I'm not sure if that's due to the detox or the heat wave.
Time to do my 1st Measurements! 
Praying for changes!

Day 1 - 3
Measurement Changes:
Chest: -2 inch
Biceps: -0.5 inch
Waist: 1.5 inch
Hips: -2 inch
Thigh: -0.5 inch
Calves: No Difference
Boobs: -1.5 inch

OH MY GOD.
I didn't expect to see a different so easily and so quickly on #Clean9!
I expected to feel different and healthier but not have a physical difference of a loss of inches within 3 Day of a Detox!

Sh*t.
It really does work.


10:15am
At work for the first time on #Clean9
Feeling so, so motivated after my measurements.
The perfect boost into Stage 2 of #Clean9

BREAKFAST
X2 Forever Garcinia Softgels
X2 60ml Shots of Forever Aloe Vera Gel
X1 Forever Therm Tablet
500ml of Water

SHAKE No.1
X1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra in Vanilla
300ml Water
X3 Strawberries
X4 Raspberries
From 'Free Foods' List
Blended together in my Blend Active Blender, poured into my Forever Shake Bottle.
Shake well and drink.

The Aloe Gel is hard to take at first as it's got a strange taste, and strange constancy.
However it's essential to take in your #Clean9 Program.
I wasn't sure of the taste at first, so now I take both of my shots with my nose pinched so I can't taste it with my tablets followed by water to remove the taste.


11:00am
Running around at work feeling full, healthy and energised and no longer tired after my 1st Morning Shake of the #Clean9.


1:00pm
Still not feeling hungry!
But It's time for Shake 2 of the Day!
Looking forward to no Aloe Gel for the rest of the day though!
LUNCH

2:00pm
Ate a handful of Baby Tomatoes from the Free Foods List as the heat is starting to get to me in the work environment, so a water based snack was helpful.


6:00pm
It's been a high 36 Degrees Celsius today which make drinking lots of water such an ease again which makes the huge #Clean9 recommended water intake easy to do.
I'm still only starting to only feel peckish in the evenings.

500 - 600 Calorie Evening Meal
My first meal of the week was exciting but mainly due to the fact of it now being out of routine.
I decided to go for a Homemade Curry of Cauliflower, Broccoli, Tomatos & Curry Flavourings with Quorn Fillets, a small amount of Rice and a small side of Sweet Potato Fries.

The first Dinner of the Week went down with ease!
However around 20 Minutes afterward both my Mother and I (who's also doing #Clean9 with me!) felt awful.
Full. Stodgy. Sick..
Thinking Rice was probably not a good idea as the first meal of the week..
We drank lots of water, waited half an hour and decided to go for a short Walk Workout to see if that would help.

It's nice to end the evening with only Water and finally No Aloe Gel!
