I've grouped Day 4 & 5 together as they were quite similar and didn't really have any changes.

DAY 4 -



9.00am
After yesterdays measurements I feel so much motivated for the rest of the 5 Days of #Clean9!
Up for Work again today.
Looking forward to my Shake for the first time.

9.45am
Breakfast & Shake Time!

BREAKFAST
X2 Forever Garcinia Softgels
X2 60ml Shots of Forever Aloe Vera Gel
X1 Forever Therm Tablet
500ml of Water

SHAKE No.1
X1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra in Vanilla
300ml Water
Handful of Raspberries
From 'Free Foods' List
Blended together in my Blend Active Blender, poured into my Forever Shake Bottle.
Shake well and drink.

The Aloe Gel is hard to take at first as it's got a strange taste, and strange constancy.
However it's essential to take in your #Clean9 Program.
I wasn't sure of the taste at first, so now I take both of my shots with my nose pinched so I can't taste it with my tablets followed by water to remove the taste.

Another day at work running around after customers and sorting things in the scorching heat is keeping me busy and feeling healthy!

Enjoy only having to have 120ml of Aloe a day!
Not feeling hungry or like I need a shake, but it's the routine!

500 - 600 Calorie Evening Meal
As yesterdays Rice was very bad idea tonight I decided to use my new vegetable sharper and make my Homemade Rocket, Watercress & Basil Pesto Courgetti.
It's such a lightweight meal, with so much flavour I absolutely love it!
I think the water based vegetables was a really good idea!
With the added protein of Quorn Meatballs it was the right idea to go for Protein and Veg rather than a bunch of Carbs!

Most Friday's I baby sit a 1 Year Old all day.

Tonight's Courgetti Meal included Quorn Fillets (full of protein), Mixed Beans, Tomatos as a sauce and Chilli & Garlic Seasoning.
It went down well and felt light but filling to the stomach!

WORKOUT
Looking at my Apple Watch and monitoring my daily activity today I had already done enough exercise chasing after a Baby so I didn't need to do a specific workout.

8:00pm
Spent the evening at a Charity Event socialising!
