#CLEAN9 DIARY: DAY 6

MY #CLEAN9 DIARY

- DAY 6 -

Looking forward to doing my measurements today, hoping for more changes!

9.50am

Day Off Today!
Waking up feeling positive about doing my measurements!

Day 3 - 6

Measurement Changes:

Chest: -2 inch

Biceps: No Difference

Waist: -1 inch

Hips: -2 inch

Thigh: -0.5 inch

Calves: -0.5 inch

Boobs: -1.5 inch

I was quite worried that due to eating a meal at night every night I wouldn't see as much as a change from day 3-6...
But after doing my measurements and running around my room like a leaping Spring Lamb I'm so pleased I've lost even more! I feel much lighter, smaller and I can see difference when I look in the mirror.
I've even had to go back down a bra and cup size and find my smaller bra because my current bra had become so, so baggy!

10:15am
Time to weight in...

I didn't share my weight difference from Day 3 and I wanted to wait and share it with you on Day 6..

Day 1 - 6
Weight Difference:

- 6lbs

I've lost 6lbs in 6 days!
I'm so happy!
Just shy of half a stone...
I couldn't be happier.

Off for a Morning of Shopping with my Boyfriend, but first...

The Aloe Gel is hard to take at first as it's got a strange taste, and strange constancy.

However it's essential to take in your #Clean9 Program.

I wasn't sure of the taste at first, so now I take both of my shots with my nose pinched so I can't taste it with my tablets followed by water to remove the taste.

Was up quite a lot in the night due to the worst storm I'd ever heard so did have a lack of sleep so I am feeling tired this morning.

Off Babysitting tonight so it's time to cram my 500-600 Calorie Meal in before hand!

Days 3 - 9:

500 - 600 Calorie Evening Meal

Tonight's Courgetti Meal included Quorn Meatballs (full of protein), Mixed Beans, Tomatos as a sauce and Chilli & Garlic Seasoning.

It went down well and felt light but filling to the stomach!

Kids in bed a time for a little snack!
