MY #CLEAN9 DIARY
DAY 8  -



It's the penultimate day of #Clean9!

7:45am
Nanny Day again today!
Looking after a 15 Month Old all day.

8:15am
Began to look forward to my Morning Shake throughout #Clean9 despite my hatred for Breakfast pre-#Clean9.

BREAKFAST
X2 Forever Garcinia Softgels
X2 60ml Shots of Forever Aloe Vera Gel
X1 Forever Therm Tablet
500ml of Water

SHAKE No.1
X1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra in Vanilla
300ml Water
Handful of Raspberries
From 'Free Foods' List
Blended together in my Blend Active Blender, poured into my Forever Shake Bottle.
Shake well and drink.

The Aloe Gel is hard to take at first as it's got a strange taste, and strange constancy.
However it's essential to take in your #Clean9 Program.
I wasn't sure of the taste at first, so now I take both of my shots with my nose pinched so I can't taste it with my tablets followed by water to remove the taste.

Really enjoyed Apples as a Snack during busy days.

WORKOUT
Looking after a child is both entertaining and tiring so why not pop a workout into your child daily routine.
When it's 'Nap Time' why not going for a long Brisk Walk with the pram and tired 1 Year Old and add a Walk Workout into daily life.

I did this X2 today once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

6:00pm
Loving conjuring up healthy low calorie recipes during #Clean9.
As a Vegetarian Vegetables are my favourite food anyway but making 500 - 600 Calories Meals is rewarding and enjoyable.

DINNER
Note:
Days 3 - 9:
500 - 600 Calorie Evening Meal
Tonights Meal of Courgetti with Garlic, Tomato Puree, Quinoa and a side of baked Sliced Aubergine.
Finding myself very, very easily full thanks for #Clean9 and my stomach has noticeably shrank as well as my portion sizes.
